Our take

QuestionWell is strongest as a teacher-facing question authoring tool: it generates Bloom/DOK-tagged questions, discussion prompts, worksheets, PDFs, and flashcard exports from PDFs and transcript-based material. But it is not a real self-testing loop — answers show with questions, and the study-over-time claims were not independently artifact-backed in this run.

No. In this research, questions and answers were shown on the same screen, so there was no attempt-then-reveal flow for active recall.
MCQ, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, very short answer, short answer, discussion questions, and vocabulary-based study items were all observed.
The typed biology PDF produced the strongest results: a full question set, a chapter summary, Bloom/DOK labeling, and exportable study assets.
It did generate questions from the handwritten notes, but the quality was session-observed as noticeably shallower than the typed PDF run, and no standalone output screenshot was preserved.
Not reliably in this test. The YouTube URL could not be ingested natively, so a manual Hindi transcript had to be pasted, which then produced mixed-language output with scrambled numbering.
PDF export, worksheet export, and flashcard export were all independently verified in the research artifacts.
Those study-over-time features were not independently artifact-backed in this research. The report notes them as session-observed gaps, but no settings or repeated-attempt artifact was preserved.
