Cancellation and Refund Policy for AI Demos

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to paid featured listings on AI Demos. By purchasing a featured listing, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Submission and Production Process

1.1. When you submit a tool for a featured listing, we begin a detailed process that includes:

  • Reviewing and exploring your tool
  • Planning and scripting a video demonstration
  • Creating and editing the video
  • Writing a comprehensive description

1.2. This process begins immediately upon submission and payment.

1.3. Standard Video Production:

  • We typically create a 1-2 minute introductory video objectively covering your tool's features.
  • In most cases, we produce this video independently without involving the tool owner.
  • We may contact you to request specific access to paid features if it would enhance the tool demo.

1.4. Custom Video Production:

  • If you wish to be more involved in the video production process or create a more dedicated video, please email us separately at collaborate@aidemos.com to discuss custom options and pricing.

1.5. Notification Process:

  • We will notify you via email when we begin video production for your tool.
  • We will provide an estimated publication date for your featured listing.
  • A final notification will be sent when your featured listing is published.

2. Cancellation of Featured Listings

2.1. Due to the immediate commencement of our production process, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Before video production notification: Full refund available.
  • After video production notification, but before publication: 50% refund available.
  • After publication notification: No refund is available due to the resources invested and the service delivered.

2.2. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at collaborate@aidemos.com.

2.3. We will review each cancellation request and respond within 2 business days with a decision on refund eligibility.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Full Refunds: We offer full refunds if you cancel before we have sent the video production notification.

3.2. Partial Refunds: A 50% refund may be issued if you cancel after receiving the video production notification but before the publication notification.

3.3. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • After the featured listing has been published
  • If you violate our Terms of Service

3.4. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases where we are unable to complete your featured listing due to issues on our end, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

4.1. To request a refund, please contact us at collaborate@aidemos.comwith your account details and the reason for your refund request.

4.2. We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 2 business days.

4.3. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment used for the purchase. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

5. Changes to Pricing and Services

5.1. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and services at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect any submissions already in process.
