Can PDF to Quiz turn study material into a quiz?
PDF to Quiz passed the English chapter quiz task and failed the Hindi one. In the English run, it produced multiple-choice questions with correct keys and later chapter coverage added in the second run. In the Hindi run, the language stayed Hindi, but two checked keys were wrong and one item had no correct option.

Every test case in this scenario has a result.
The 2 test cases
Each test case is judged on its own: Pass, Fail, Not gradable, or Untested. The scenario result above counts these rows.

| ✓ | Expected: The quiz should use the requested question form, stay answerable and correct, and cover the core ideas without gaps or unnecessary repetition.Found: Multiple-choice questions were produced, the checked items were answerable and correctly keyed, and the later chapter ideas were covered in the second run. |
It produced multiple-choice questions from the chapter, and the checked items were answerable with correct keys and wrong distractors. The second run added the later chapter ideas, so the quiz did not just repeat one core idea.
Page limit. The free plan allowed only five uploaded pages, so the chapter had to be split across two quiz runs.
Repeated idea. The first run repeated the same current idea, and the later pages added new chapter topics.
Same-language quiz from same-language materialFailEvidence
No typed message was sent in this test: the product was given its input through its own upload and settings.
The tool's reply is shown in the screenshots under Proofs.
| ✗ | Expected: The quiz should stay in the specified language, use the requested question form, and give correct, answerable questions without language mixing.Found: The questions, options, keys and explanations were in Hindi, but two checked second-run keys were wrong and one item had no correct option. |
The output stayed in Hindi, but two checked second-run keys were wrong. One item gave a value that did not match any option, and another key contradicted its own explanation.
Bracketed terms. A few bracketed English glosses appeared inside otherwise Hindi explanations, but the questions and answers remained in Hindi.
Wrong Hindi key. The same idea was keyed correctly in the English run, but the Hindi run gave the wrong key for the parallel-branch question.
Page limit. The free plan allowed only five pages per upload, so the chapter was split across two runs.
Configuration and setup
How this tool was set up for the run and what the test needed in place. Each row is a fact from the run's records; a fact the records do not hold is left out, not guessed.
How this scenario is graded
How we decide Pass, Fail and Not gradable. The same rules apply to every tool tested on this scenario.
Each test case gets one result per tool: Pass, Fail or Not gradable. A test case we haven't run yet shows Untested. There are no partial results.
- Pass: the tool did everything the test expected, and nothing it said contradicts the correct answer.
- Fail: at least one expected behaviour clearly didn't happen; the row says which and quotes the tool.
- Not gradable: our evidence couldn't settle the outcome (for example a record we needed is missing). It is never counted as a fail, and the row says what's missing.

History of this result
What has happened to this result since it was first published. Runs and grades are never overwritten: a retest or a re-grade publishes a new result and keeps the earlier one readable.
Act on this result
Nothing filed here edits the run or the grade. A challenge opens a review, and a review can produce a new run or a re-grade — which becomes the current result and leaves this one in the history.
You run the same kind of test against your own setup and get the same behaviour.
Agree →Yours behaves differently. Tell us what you got, with a screenshot if you have one.
Disagree →Something here is wrong — a reference value, a transcription, a grade.
Report an issue →Tell us what changed and we schedule a rerun of the failing test case. The old result stays as history.
Vendor notice →The same record is available as structured data through the AI Demos MCP server, with the counts, the coverage and every per-test-case reason carried as fields.
