SmartClaim+ is an AI-powered assistant that automates the entire insurance claim process — from document reading to validation and status updates. It uses OCR to extract key details from claim forms, auto-fills missing information, validates data using insurance rules, flags anomalies, and sends real-time notifications to users via email or SMS. The entire workflow runs autonomously on Inya.ai’s agentic platform, ensuring accuracy, speed, and transparency.
