Describe what your project does?
This automation eliminates manual invoice data entry by using AI to extract and structure invoice information automatically. When an invoice is uploaded to Google Drive, Mistral AI's OCR extracts the text, OpenAI GPT-4o-mini structures the data into JSON format, and the information is automatically populated into Google Sheets. The entire process takes just 6 seconds, achieving 99.9% accuracy while saving 23+ hours monthly and reducing labor costs by $575/month for businesses processing 200 invoices.
