Scenario definition · S30
Footnotes at the bottom of the page
A footnote stays separate from the main text and remains linked to the content it annotates.
What this scenario means
This scenario checks whether a footnote remains out of the main body flow while still being tied to the passage it explains. It is a useful test because the note must stay present, must not be folded into the running text, and must keep its connection to the reference that points to it.
What we evaluate
- Whether the footnote is kept outside the main body flow.
- Whether the footnote remains present.
- Whether the footnote stays associated with the content it annotates.
◌Test-case detail. Exact wording, inputs, fixture state, expected output and detailed grading remain at the test-case level and may be withheld while the benchmark version is active. The scenario and its evaluation intent are public.
