This ranking evaluates AI project management tools on their ability to convert raw meeting notes into structured, execution-ready tasks with subtasks, owners, and deadlines. Using the same unstructured input across all tools, we tested real-world performance without manual edits or external workflows. The results highlight which tools can move beyond summaries and actually automate task creation, helping teams turn meetings into actionable outcomes.
