Describe what your project does?
The "Research2Code AI" project is build with an idea to automatic convert research papers and technical prompts into executable Python code, specifically targeting machine learning implementations across domains like computer vision, NLP, and reinforcement learning. It works by combining a LoRA-fine-tuned CodeLlama-7B model which is trained on 335+ high-quality research-code pairs curated from PapersWithCode, CVPR papers and my works with a LangGraph-based multi-agent system featuring reasoning, planning, and execution nodes, plus a Gradio web interface for user interaction. By adding our works and fine tuning with QLoRA and SFTTrainer, the model can also learn the personal way of writing codes and its structures. This matters because it eliminates the manual, time-intensive workflow ML students face reading papers, hunting implementations, adapting code, and debugging—achieving 75-85% success rates on benchmarks while preserving personal coding style.
