Describe what your project does?
I built a Transformer model from scratch using PyTorch. The project focuses on understanding and implementing key components like multi-head attention, positional encoding, and encoder–decoder architecture. It matters because transformers power modern AI systems such as ChatGPT, BERT, and translation models, and building one manually helps develop a deep understanding of how these models learn and process sequential data.
