Describe what your project does?

The AI Customer Interaction Panel is an AI-powered voice-based customer support system designed to provide real-time, automated assistance to e-commerce customers. Users can speak their queries, which are converted to text using Whisper ASR, matched with relevant answers from an FAQ knowledge base using FAISS vector search, and responded back using Cohere LLM and Text-to-Speech. Every interaction is logged securely in Supabase, and the system runs through an interactive Streamlit interface. This solution matters because it reduces support workload, enables 24/7 automated assistance, improves response accuracy through RAG, and enhances customer experience with natural, human-like voice interaction—making it ideal for modern e-commerce support systems.
