Project Title: Ultimate Fruit Ninja

Describe what your project does?

The script uses OpenCV, MediaPipe, and Pygame to create a full-body interactive fruit slicing game where the player slices virtual fruits using hand and foot gestures captured via a webcam.

--> Key Features Pose and Hand Tracking: Uses MediaPipe to detect and track hands and feet in real time.

Fruit Slicing Mechanism: Fruits spawn and move with physics; the player slices them by moving limbs near them.

--->Game Elements:

Regular fruits (apple, banana, orange) give points.

Bombs reduce score and trigger explosions.

Special and powerup fruits activate temporary abilities (e.g., slow motion, double points, fruit magnet).

--->Audio Feedback: Plays background music and sound effects (slice, bomb, powerup).

--->Calories Tracking: Estimates calories burned using MET-based calculations.

Energy and Combo System: Tracks energy levels and rewards rapid slicing with combo bonuses.

--->HUD: Displays score, time, calories, energy bar, active power-ups, and limb activity.

--->Game Over Screen: Shows statistics like final score, max combo, calories burned, etc.
