AI Resume & Job Matching Assistant is a smart tool constructed the use of Python Flask and powered via Google‚Äôs Gemini API. It allows users instantly examine their resumes, get an normal process readiness score, and acquire customized hints to enhance their probabilities of getting hired.

The tool: Scores your resume out of 100. Shows improved versions of weak resume lines. Identifies key skills from your resume. Suggests best-fit job roles based on your profile. Highlights skill gaps to work on. Gives easy-to-follow resume improvement tips.
