Zenith is an AI-powered multimodal journaling platform designed to foster emotional wellness through a deeply personalized, non-judgmental digital companion. Unlike conventional journaling tools, Zenith allows users to express themselves through text, voice, and art, enabling richer emotional capture. The system uses AI models like GPT-4 for conversational support, Whisper for speech transcription, and image emotion recognition to understand user mood holistically. Key features include Sahayak — an AI call companion for safety during solo travel, Asha — a legal rights assistant, and Satrang — a mood-visualization dashboard. All interactions are processed securely, offering intelligent reflections and emotional trend insights without compromising privacy. Zenith creates a safe space for users to vent, reflect, and heal, especially beneficial for students and young adults coping with stress, without replacing human therapists. Designed for inclusivity and scalability, Zenith combines empathetic AI and therapeutic design to truly redefine digital mental well-being.
