Describe what your project does?
This AI-powered application analyzes text messages and voice recordings to detect signs of mental health distress, such as depression, anxiety, or suicidal ideation. It uses a sophisticated language model (LLaMA-4 Maverick via OpenRouter API) to classify the risk level as Low, Medium, or High, and provides a short explanation.
If a high-risk message is detected, the app automatically sends an alert email to a trusted contact or mental health professional using SendGrid.
The app also includes a therapist dashboard that displays a summary of recent assessments for easy monitoring, making it more proactive and useful than traditional mood trackers.
