Designed and implemented a multi-agent AI system that automates the generation of cloud system architecture diagrams and cost estimates from natural language requirements.
Key Highlights: Built a LangChain-powered agentic workflow using LangGraph to coordinate task-specific agents: RequirementsParserAgent to extract structured specifications CloudComponentAgent to recommend AWS services ArchitectureGeneratorAgent to generate Mermaid.js diagrams CostEstimationAgent to calculate real-time cloud cost estimates
Developed a modular backend with FastAPI and an interactive Streamlit frontend for form input, diagram preview, and PDF export
Integrated OpenAI GPT-4 for intelligent reasoning and diagram synthesis based on vague or incomplete inputs
Enabled versioned architecture generation workflows, agent memory, and error-handling mechanisms for production-readiness
