As I see it, there are no websites or apps that help people easily understand what’s actually inside the products they use — whether it’s baby lotions, hair oils, skincare, or household items. People often stand in stores or scroll online, looking at confusing ingredient lists filled with chemical names they can’t pronounce, wondering: Is this safe for my baby? Does this product really work? Without clear tools, they’re forced to guess or trust marketing claims.
That’s why I built Read Labels — a website where you just upload a photo of the product’s ingredients, choose the product type, and get a fast, simple, and clear breakdown. It tells you in everyday language what each ingredient does, whether it’s natural (green) or chemical (orange), and gives the product a rating on whether it’s worth buying or not. You can even choose between fast analysis (compressed for quick results) or deep analysis (for more detailed results)
